Your diagnostic results are processed entirely locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your screen images, test patterns, or detailed diagnostic results.
However, to improve our platform and provide useful industry statistics, we may collect anonymous aggregate data about completed tests. This includes:
- Screen brand (e.g., Samsung, LG, Apple, Xiaomi) — chosen by you at the end of the test (optional)
- Test result category (e.g., "clean", "dead pixels", "burn-in", "ghosting")
What we do NOT collect:

- ❌ Your name, email, or any personal identifier
- ❌ Your IP address or device information
- ❌ Your precise location
- ❌ Any personally identifiable information

Your privacy is our priority. The brand selection is optional — if you skip it, your test is simply counted as "Other". No personal data is ever stored or shared.
Cookies and Tracking
Screen Medic does not use tracking cookies or any other form of persistent tracking for its diagnostic tool. All tests run locally in your browser.
However, we do use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics may collect:
